What You'll Do

As an Aquatics Team Lead, you will:

• Lead, coach, and support a team of swim instructors
• Help train new hires and reinforce company standards
• Ensure high-quality, consistent swim lessons and customer experiences
• Jump in to teach and lead by example when needed
• Provide excellent customer service to families
• Assist with front desk operations and scheduling
• Support the General Manager with daily operations
• Help create a positive, high-energy team culture

What We're Looking For

• Leadership experience (team lead, shift lead, club leadership, sports captain, etc.)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive attitude and ability to motivate others
• Dependable, organized, and solution-oriented
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Passion for working with kids and supporting a team
• Ability to safely tread water while supervising students
• Willingness to learn, grow, and accept feedback

Schedule

• 15–29 hours per week
• Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 8:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Flexible shifts are available to work around class schedules and other commitments.
