The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Composites Technician to join our manufacturing team and play a central role in building first-build aircraft structures. With a strong focus on carbon fibre composite lamination, this is a technically demanding, hands-on role where the quality of your craft directly shapes the performance of our aircraft.

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform hands-on carbon fibre layup and lamination of aircraft structures including wings, tails, fuselage components, and control surfaces
• Manufacture composite parts from first build using prepreg and/or wet layup techniques
• Trim, finish, and inspect composite components to engineering drawings and quality standards
• Work closely with the production team to support build schedules and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in carbon fibre or advanced composite lamination
• Sound understanding of composite materials, fibre orientations, resins, and curing processes
• Experience working from engineering drawings and manufacturing instructions
• High attention to detail with a quality-first mindset
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively as part of a small, hands-on production team
