In this role, you will partner closely with the founders to execute high-priority initiatives, strengthen internal operations, and build systems that help the company scale efficiently. Over time, success means making critical parts of the company more scalable, more organized, and less dependent on founder involvement. This role is for someone who thrives in ambiguity, builds durable systems, and consistently drives execution across the company.

Responsibilities

• Execute across a wide range of high-impact areas, including operations, finance, recruiting, and internal tools.
• Support the founders in executing quarterly and yearly objectives by maintaining operating rhythms, surfacing concerns, and helping functional leaders course-correct as needed.
• Work directly with the founders, receive high-level direction on priorities, and maintain ownership of execution.
• Help founders delegate operational responsibilities by building clear systems and documentation.
• Conduct research and make recommendations.
• Design systems and processes that increase team efficiency, communication, and knowledge sharing.
• Screen inbound applicants and proactively build networks to seek out high-value candidates.
• Champion adoption of internal company tools and processes.

• Experience leading groups, communities, and/or organizations.

• Able to absorb feedback quickly and improve rapidly in unfamiliar domains.
• Availability for meetings from Monday to Thursday between 8am and 2pm Eastern. Canada and US-based applicants preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in operations or similar role.
• Experience building operational systems in startups or high-growth organizations.
• Former founder, operator, or community builder.
• Tools like Notion, Linear, or similar project and knowledge management tools are among your core strengths.

Interview Process

Our interview process for this role consists of three stages:

1. 30-minute Screener
2. 60-minute operational interview covering relevant skills and tasks
3. 60-minute culture fit interview focused on situational scenarios and personal perspectives
