Key Responsibilities:

• Pouring, screeding, and finishing various types of concrete
• Safely and effectively using a variety of tools and equipment as trained and required
• Applying a range of concrete finishing techniques, including trowel, broom, stamped, and exposed aggregate
• Operating power trowels and finishing equipment
• Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials
• Placing and tying rebar
• Supporting form carpenters in building forms for benches, sidewalks, walls, and other concrete structures
• Performing basic maintenance to ensure tools and equipment remain in good working condition
• Maintaining strong working relationships with customers, coworkers, and supervisors
• Participating in company-required training and performance reviews

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of concrete finishing experience
• Proficient in operating power trowels
• Skilled in decorative and architectural concrete techniques, including various finishes and applications
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
• Ability to frequently lift 30–85 lbs and work in physically demanding environments

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly wage of $37–$45, depending on experience
• Overtime opportunities available
