About the Role


We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team at Addforce. This role focuses on building relationships with manufacturing and warehouse clients, identifying staffing needs, and delivering cost-effective workforce solutions.

What You’ll Do


Prospect and generate new business through calls, emails, and in-person visits

Build and maintain relationships with plant managers, HR teams, and decision-makers

Identify client staffing needs and present tailored workforce solutions

Schedule and attend client meetings (including on-site visits)

Follow up consistently to close deals and maintain long-term partnerships

Track activity and pipeline in CRM (Salesforce)

Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to ensure successful placements


What We’re Looking For


1+ year of sales experience (B2B or staffing industry preferred)

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

Ability to handle rejection and stay persistent

Organized and comfortable using CRM systems

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
