Job Summary

The Retail Associate plays an important role in creating a positive shopping experience by providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service, assisting customers with product selection and questions, and supporting daily store operations. This position is responsible for maintaining well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing merchandise areas, replenishing products, maintaining displays, assisting with checkout as needed, and supporting overall store cleanliness and presentation. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment. environment.

Qualifications

1. Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
2. Friendly, outgoing, and approachable with strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of customers.
3. Reliable team player who can work efficiently and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced retail environment.
4. Ability to lift and carry merchandise up to 30lbs as needed, stock products, and stand or walk for extended periods.
5. Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
