About the role
We're looking for a customer-obsessed Senior Marketing Manager to build and scale one of ThoughtSpot's growth engines, our customer advocacy. You will build customer proof: turning customer outcomes into stories, references, reviews, speakers, and insights that strengthen our market leadership, accelerate adoption, and help customers learn from one another.
You will own ThoughtSpot's customer advocacy strategy, partnering with core internal stakeholders, partners, and customers to capture meaningful outcomes and activate those voices at every stage of the customer journey.
What you’ll do
Build and scale the advocacy program
Own the global strategy for customer stories, references, speakers, peer reviews, customer insights, and advocacy engagement.
Develop programs to identify, recruit, nurture, and activate customer champions around the world.
Build lasting relationships with customer champions and executive stakeholders, creating a community of advocates eager to share their experiences and support ThoughtSpot's growth.
Create customer proof that drives growth
Build a global pipeline of customer stories, proof points, testimonials, and success stories aligned to our most important revenue priorities.
Partner with regional field marketing to scale this framework and workflow across geographies.
Work with Demand Generation, PR, Analyst Relations, Product Marketing, Community, and Sales to ensure customer proof supports key business priorities.
Bring customer voices into campaigns, events, analyst engagements, media opportunities, and sales motions.
Strengthen ThoughtSpot's market credibility
Own global peer review programs across Gartner Peer Insights and G2.
Support customer participation in analyst evaluations, executive engagements, speaking opportunities, awards, and strategic reference activities.
Work in an AI-first way
Develop and nurture AI-powered and agentic workflows that help employees discover customer insights, identify advocates, surface proof points, and fulfill advocacy requests more efficiently.
Measure what matters
Measure and report advocacy impact across program participation, content creation, reviews, and business influence.
