Lead Student Pastor – Timberlake Church Redmond

The Lead Student Pastor role at the Redmond location provides vision, leadership, and oversight for a thriving and growing student ministry serving 250+ students weekly.  We’re looking for a high-capacity leader who can cast vision, build teams, and lead with both clarity and energy. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a relational leader who can see the big picture, execute with excellence, and invest deeply in people.


Areas of Oversight & Core Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary leader of Student Ministries at the Redmond location, casting vision and leading the ministry into its next season of growth and impact.
  • Lead, develop, and multiply a high-performing team of student staff, residents, and volunteer leaders.
  • Own the strategy for helping students take next steps in following Jesus, with a clear focus on spiritual ownership and leadership development.
  • Integrate students into the broader life of the church, ensuring they are known, serving, and connected across ministries.
  • Drive key environments, events, and systems that produce both growth and spiritual depth.
  • Contribute to and help shape church-wide strategy, staff culture, and leadership development as part of the broader ministry team


Who This Role Is For:

  • A high-capacity leader who genuinely loves students and understands how to engage and influence their world.
  • Someone with a deep, authentic relationship with Jesus who is passionate about helping students move toward real ownership of their faith.
  • A leader who can cast vision, lead from the front, and develop others - while still being present, relational, and approachable.
  • Someone who takes the mission seriously - but doesn’t take themselves too seriously.
  • Someone with 5+ years of student ministry experience and experience leading teams.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa.

Position Details:

  • Full-time (Sunday–Thursday, with flexibility for occasional Friday/Saturday events)
  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 403B matching.
  • Pay range: $70k – $80k annually DOE.
