Machine Operator / Fabrication Technician – Build a Skill That Pays

The Role

This isn't button-pushing.

You'll be trained to operate advanced fabrication equipment, work with technical drawings, and produce precision metal components that support some of the largest HVAC manufacturers in North America.

As a Machine Operator / Fabrication Technician, you'll develop valuable manufacturing skills while working with equipment such as brake presses, punch presses, and other fabrication machinery. You'll learn how to set up equipment, verify quality, troubleshoot basic issues, and produce parts that meet exact customer specifications.


What You'll Do

  • Set up and operate fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
  • Work with brake presses, punch presses, and other manufacturing equipment
  • Read blueprints, work orders, and production drawings
  • Perform measurements and quality checks using inspection tools
  • Monitor machine performance and identify potential issues
  • Adjust machine settings to maintain quality and productivity
  • Material handling and movement of components through the production process
  • Work closely with teammates to meet production goals
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment


Work Schedule & Expectations

This role supports our night shift operation.

Typical schedule: 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM

Overtime is common as we continue to grow and invest in our manufacturing operations.

Helpful Experience (Not Required)

  • Manufacturing or fabrication experience
  • Brake Press Operator experience
  • Punch Press Operator experience
  • Blueprint reading
  • Measuring tools such as calipers, tape measures, and gauges
  • Forklift or material handling experience
  • Mechanical aptitude
