Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Nevada-licensed attorney with strong knowledge in:

• Healthcare Law
• Business & Corporate Law
• Contract Drafting & Negotiation
• Commercial Litigation
• Real Estate Transactions & Disputes
• Risk Management & Compliance

The ideal candidate will act as strategic legal counsel for multiple affiliated companies and assist in protecting and expanding the organization’s business interests.

Key Responsibilities

Healthcare & Regulatory

• Advise healthcare-related entities on compliance matters
• Review healthcare agreements, provider contracts, and operational policies
• Assist with state and federal healthcare regulations
• Support risk mitigation and regulatory compliance strategies

Business & Corporate Law

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements
• Handle corporate structuring, governance, and operational matters
• Advise leadership on business transactions and legal exposure
• Support acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic growth initiatives

Litigation & Disputes

• Manage pre-litigation disputes and active litigation matters
• Coordinate with outside counsel when necessary
• Draft demand letters, responses, settlement agreements, and legal pleadings
• Assist with collections, commercial disputes, and business-related claims

Real Estate

• Review commercial lease agreements and real estate contracts
• Assist with acquisitions, leasing, landlord/tenant matters, and disputes
• Advise on real estate risk and transactional strategy

Qualifications

Required

• Active Nevada Bar License
• Minimum 3+ years of legal experience
• Experience in business law and contract drafting
• Strong understanding of litigation procedures
• Experience handling healthcare-related legal matters
• Experience with commercial real estate transactions or disputes
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Preferred

• Experience representing healthcare organizations
• Knowledge of home health, home care, or medical operations
• Entrepreneurial mindset and business-oriented legal approach
• Experience working with multiple entities or holding companies
