About Vasion

We have one simple goal: help organizations simplify processes through automation and integration.

So we created simple, cost-effective, and easy-to-implement digital tools that work together, removing bottlenecks and improving efficiency. And we’re always on the lookout for new people who can help us innovate, grow, and reach our goal.

About the role

The Senior Ecosystem Partner Manager will manage and grow a portfolio of ecosystem, technology, and alliance partnerships. In this role, you will own the relationship with each ecosystem partner and drive its go-to-market motion forward—leading co-selling efforts, owning account mapping to uncover shared pipeline opportunities, and generating revenue through joint go-to-market execution. You will also serve as the connective tissue between our internal cross-functional teams and our technology partners—supporting everything from technical integrations and joint marketing motions to legal agreement redlining and joint solution launches. This is a great fit for someone who is action-oriented, detail-driven, and energized by building durable, revenue-generating partnerships.

What you'll do
  • Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of ecosystem partnerships, ensuring each partnership meets its business goals and delivers measurable, win-win value.
  • Act as a responsive, professional point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external partners, across time zones and global business needs.
  • Build strong working relationships with stakeholders and influencers across E&A partners.
  • Own a regular meeting cadence with key contacts at each E&A partner.
  • Support cross-functional departments (Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success) across the full partnership lifecycle — from technical integration with technology partners, to launching joint solutions, to sustaining and scaling the partnership post-launch.
  • Drive co-selling motions with ecosystem partners, including:
    • Leading account mapping efforts to identify shared and whitespace opportunities.
    • Growing pipeline and generating revenue through joint selling activities with partners.
  • Partner with Vasion Marketing to identify joint marketing opportunities and build and execute on an 18-month joint marketing plan.
  • In collaboration with Product Management, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, Enablement, and others, develop content — including a sales playbook — that equips internal and external sales and marketing teams.
  • Track and tag co-selling opportunities and partner-sourced/partner-influenced pipeline in CRM and partner management systems.
  • Own quarterly and annual partnership objectives, and report progress against pipeline, revenue, and engagement goals.
  • Represent Vasion at partner conferences, industry events, and on-site meetings — including overseeing the preparation and readiness for sponsoring E&A partner conferences and events.
  • Develop and deliver clear, persuasive presentations and business reviews (e.g., QBRs) to partners and internal leadership.
  • Identify and creatively problem-solve partnership challenges, using analytical thinking to prioritize the highest-impact opportunities.

Key Success Measures

Ecosystem alliance partners are a key pillar of our company’s growth strategy. The key metrics of success for the partner manager role are:

  • Enable maximum number of internal sellers and partner sellers relevant to the joint solution
  • Maximize leads generation motions
  • Meet or exceed pipeline generation goals
  • Deliver on renewal, upsell, and net-new revenue milestones for joint solutions.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing ecosystem, technology, or alliance partnerships, ideally with direct co-selling and account mapping experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Engineering, or another technical field.
  • Additional business degree is a plus
  • A plus: prior experience in one or more of the following industries:
