As a Senior Loaner Operations Technician (Starszy technik ds. operacji wypożyczania), you will independently execute and oversee core loaner operations processes within the Regional Distribution Centre. These processes include advanced inspection, full kit reconciliation, ERP transaction ownership and supporting operational flow across inbound, inspection and outbound activities.

You will act as a key quality and performance anchor on the shop floor, supporting training, problem solving and process adherence, while ensuring that kits are ready for surgery and that inventory integrity is maintained.

The Senior Technician plays a critical role in ensuring service reliability across Central Europe.

What You’ll Do: 

• Independently perform full inspection and reconciliation of loaner kits and instrumentation
• Ensure all sets are complete, accurate, and surgery-ready
• Identify, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Execute complex ERP transactions including receiving, adjustments, and kit movements
• Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy and traceability
• Support inbound processing, inspection workflows, and outbound readiness
• Prioritise workload based on operational demand and urgency
• Support on-call and urgent turnaround activities where required
• Train and mentor Operator-level technicians
• Act as a point of escalation for operational or quality issues
• Support implementation of SOPs and process improvements
• Monitor and maintain operational standards across the floor
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and efficiency gains
  
  

What You Bring: 

• University Degree is preferred
• Polish and English proficiency (written and spoken)
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse in medical device area or loaner operations environment. Experience in regulated or quality-controlled environments preferred
• Strong understanding of inspection, reconciliation, and inventory processes
• Experience working within ERP systems (e.g., JD Edwards or similar)
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working independently and making operational decisions
• Ability to lift up to 23kg
• Comfort with sustained manual and operational activity

Compensation:  

Pay for this role is competitive and based on experience, with qualifications and performance considered.
