The Opportunity

We’re looking for a creator-builder hybrid: someone who can make exceptional content, set a creative vision, and grow meaningful communities around healthy, positive digital experiences for families.

You’ll be Voop’s first dedicated content lead. You will create, design, film, edit, publish, and distribute content that shapes the national conversation about kids, phones, digital wellbeing and modern parenting. You’ll play a pivotal role in launching Voop for Parents and Voop for Schools, making content that cuts through and drives real reach.

This role is perfect for an early-career creator with real evidence of impact - someone who has built a large following, grown channels, or created a standout content series and wants to put that skill behind a major mission.


Key Responsibilities

  • Elevate Product UX/UI: Design seamless UI animations, micro-interactions, and transitions that make the Voop app feel polished, delightful, and intuitively world-class.
  • Design 3D & Motion Graphics: Produce engaging 3D assets, illustrations, and motion design elements to be used both in-app and across promotional materials.
  • Craft High-Impact Marketing Assets: Create stunning visual content across marketing campaigns, landing pages, and social channels, ensuring a cohesive and premium brand identity.
  • Build Compelling Presentations: Transform complex ideas into visually exceptional, highly polished slide decks to support our business team.
  • Develop Voop’s Visual Language: Help define and evolve our visual style, ensuring it remains positive, empowering, modern, and family-first.
  • Bridge Product and Marketing: Work closely with founders, engineers, and product managers to ensure a seamless visual narrative from the first marketing touch point to the core app experience.
  • Rapid Prototyping: Experiment relentlessly with new interaction paradigms and visual formats to continuously push the quality of our digital presence.

  • Exceptional Portfolio: You have a standout portfolio demonstrating strong skills in interaction design, motion graphics, 3D asset creation, and UI animation.
  • Technical Proficiency: Highly skilled in industry-standard tools like Figma, Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and 3D x AI software (e.g., Spline, Blender, or Cinema 4D, Weavy).
  • Design & Interaction Background: Likely hold a degree in Interaction Design, Digital Arts, Graphic Design, or possess equivalent practical experience.
  • Cross-Functional Mindset: You understand both the UX/UI needs of a digital product and the storytelling/aesthetic needs of marketing.
  • Detail-Oriented & Resourceful: You possess a keen eye for typography, layout, and pacing, combined with the ability to craft high-quality assets efficiently.
  • Mission-Driven: You genuinely care about helping families and young people build healthier digital lives.
