Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to lead mechanical maintenance activities at a commercial nuclear power plant. This role is responsible for supervising craft personnel, coordinating maintenance execution, and ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient work performance supporting plant operations and outage activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise mechanical maintenance and repair activities involving pumps, valves, heat exchangers, turbines, and related plant equipment
• Ensure maintenance work is executed in accordance with station procedures, safety standards, and Nuclear Regulatory Commission requirements
• Coordinate daily work activities with Operations, Engineering, Radiation Protection, and Work Management teams
• Support preventive, corrective, and outage maintenance activities
• Provide field oversight, troubleshooting support, and technical guidance to maintenance personnel
• Promote strong nuclear safety culture, procedural compliance, and human performance standards
