Get to know the People and Talent Team

The People & Talent Team helps build and support the people who drive Workstreet's success. We partner with leaders across the business to attract, hire, develop, and retain exceptional talent while creating programs and processes that enable employees to do their best work. From recruiting and onboarding to employee experience, performance, and people operations, we work collaboratively to foster a high-performing, engaged, and people-first culture that supports our continued growth.

As a Talent Partner, you'll play a key role in helping Workstreet grow by partnering with hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent across global markets. More than a recruiter, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, providing hiring strategy, talent market insights, and guidance throughout the hiring process to help build high-performing teams that support our business today and into the future.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a seasoned Talent Partner to support our rapid growth by identifying and hiring exceptional cybersecurity professionals across multiple regions. The ideal candidate brings deep experience recruiting for the U.S. cybersecurity market, along with a proven track record of successfully hiring talent across the UK, India, and the Philippines.

You have extensive experience recruiting cybersecurity professionals across a wide range of roles, from entry-level analysts to managers and senior leaders. You understand the nuances of the U.S. cybersecurity talent landscape and are equally adept at navigating regional hiring practices, compensation expectations, and candidate engagement strategies across global markets.

As a Talent Partner, your ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers, influence hiring decisions, leverage strong negotiation skills, and consistently identify, engage, and close top cybersecurity talent will be critical to our continued growth and success.

What You'll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting - from intake through offer acceptance for technical and business-critical roles, with a strong focus on cybersecurity, GRC, compliance, engineering, and other strategic functions.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders - serve as a trusted talent advisor by leading intake meetings, defining hiring strategies, calibrating candidate profiles, developing interview scorecards, and influencing hiring decisions with market insights and data.
  • Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies - identify, engage, and attract exceptional talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, talent communities, networking, Boolean search techniques, and other modern sourcing channels across the US, UK, India, the Philippines, and other markets where we operate.
  • Lead candidate assessment and interview management - evaluate candidates for technical capability, leadership potential, communication skills, and long-term organizational fit while ensuring a consistent, structured, and high-quality hiring experience.
  • Drive offer strategy and negotiations - partner with hiring managers and candidates to develop competitive offers, navigate complex negotiations, manage expectations, and consistently achieve strong offer acceptance rates, particularly within the US market.
  • Provide talent market intelligence - advise stakeholders on compensation benchmarks, talent availability, competitive hiring activity, and recruiting trends to support informed hiring decisions.
  • Maintain recruiting excellence - manage pipelines, reporting, and hiring activity within Workstreet's ATS (currently Rippling), ensuring data accuracy, process consistency, and an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Champion continuous improvement - identify opportunities to optimize recruiting processes, improve hiring manager experience, strengthen employer branding, and contribute to building high-performing teams.

Who You Are

  • A trusted talent partner - you build credibility quickly with hiring managers and business leaders, confidently guiding conversations, setting expectations, and influencing hiring decisions rather than simply executing recruiting requests.
  • Skilled at stakeholder management - you excel at managing multiple stakeholders with differing priorities, facilitating alignment, communicating proactively, and navigating complex hiring decisions with confidence.
  • Exceptional at offer negotiations - you understand candidate motivations, compensation strategies, and market dynamics, enabling you to successfully close highly competitive talent while balancing business objectives and candidate expectations.
  • A strategic recruiter and proactive sourcer - you consistently identify and engage high-quality talent through creative sourcing strategies and build pipelines before hiring needs become urgent.
  • Comfortable recruiting across global markets - you understand regional hiring practices, compensation considerations, and candidate expectations across the US, UK, India, and the Philippines, with particular expertise in the US talent market.
  • Knowledgeable in cybersecurity hiring - you're familiar with recruiting for cybersecurity, GRC, risk, compliance, cloud security, and infrastructure roles, and understand frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, and related security standards.
  • Highly organized and execution-focused - you're able to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining exceptional candidate experience, stakeholder communication, and attention to detail.
  • Data-driven and process-oriented - you leverage recruiting metrics, market insights, and ATS data to improve hiring outcomes while continuously refining recruiting processes.
  • Experienced with modern recruiting technology - you're comfortable using ATS platforms (Rippling preferred), LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing tools, and recruiting analytics to effectively manage talent pipelines.
  • An excellent communicator - you communicate with clarity, professionalism, and confidence across candidates, hiring managers, executives, and cross-functional partners, even in complex or high-stakes hiring situations.

What will help you succeed

  • Experience recruiting for high-growth SaaS and MSSP (Managed Security Service Provider) organizations where hiring speed and quality are equally critical.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity roles, security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, Security+), and the broader cybersecurity talent landscape.
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers across multiple regions, particularly the US, UK, India, and the Philippines, with an understanding of regional hiring practices and talent markets.
  • Experience improving recruiting operations by optimizing hiring processes, interviewer enablement, recruiting workflows, or talent acquisition best practices.
  • Exposure to executive or leadership hiring, workforce planning, succession planning, or strategic talent initiatives.
  • A consultative, data-driven approach to recruiting, using market insights, hiring metrics, and talent intelligence to influence hiring decisions and continuously improve outcomes.

What We Offer

  • Career Development: Clear path with mentorship and training opportunities.
  • Role-Related Training: Reimbursement for the successful completion of approved training and certification courses relevant to your current role.
  • Competitive Compensation: A competitive base salary with regular performance reviews linked to merit-based appraisals and bonus opportunities.
  • Growth Opportunity: Early-stage company with significant room for career advancement.
  • Remote-First Culture: Flexibility to work from anywhere while collaborating with a global team.

What You'll Need to Thrive

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with candidates, hiring managers, and business leaders across global teams.
  • A reliable, high-speed internet connection and a professional home office environment that supports confidential conversations, virtual interviews, and uninterrupted collaboration.
  • Commitment to working a standard schedule of 8:00 AM–5:00 PM US Eastern Time (ET) to effectively support hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional teams. Occasional flexibility to adjust working hours is expected to accommodate changing business priorities, global collaboration, and time-sensitive hiring needs.
  • Willingness and ability to travel locally for occasional onsite meetings, team gatherings, or business activities as needed.

Hiring and Selection Process

  • Candidates must participate in live video interviews throughout the hiring process with camera on (non-negotiable) and be prepared to verify their identity during recruitment and onboarding.
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of identity verification and background screening, where permitted by law.
  • Selected candidates will participate in structured interviews with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders to assess role fit, experience, and alignment with Workstreet’s operating principles.
  • Candidates will receive prompt updates and consistent communication throughout the interview process, ensuring a transparent, smooth, and engaging experience at every step.
