About the role:


As the Channel Partnerships Account Executive, you'll be responsible for sourcing, signing, and scaling strategic channel partners that extend xCures' reach across the healthcare ecosystem. You'll identify and recruit high-leverage partners including resellers, system integrators, technology platforms, EHR/HIT vendors, GPOs, consultancies, and life sciences service providers  and turn those relationships into a durable, revenue-generating channel.


This is a builder role. You'll own the full partner lifecycle: prospecting, recruitment, joint go-to-market planning, enablement, co-selling, and pipeline acceleration. Success looks like a portfolio of activated partners producing predictable sourced and influenced revenue, with clear paths to expansion and multi-year commitment.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Own the full partner lifecycle: identify, recruit, contract, onboard, enable, and grow strategic channel partners
  • Develop and execute a partner acquisition strategy aligned to xCures' priority verticals
  • Build joint business plans with each partner, including mutual revenue targets, GTM motions, and co-marketing activities
  • Drive co-selling motions: bring partners into active opportunities, support their reps in front of end customers, and close deals jointly with the direct sales team
  • Build and deliver partner enablement sales training, technical positioning, demo support, and competitive playbooks so partners can credibly represent xCures
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, including reseller, referral, and co-sell structures in collaboration with Legal and Finance
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success on co-branded campaigns and events, joint solution development, and partner-sourced account handoffs
  • Manage partner pipeline, sourced/influenced revenue, and activity within HubSpot
  • Represent xCures at industry conferences, partner summits, and executive briefings
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue targets


Qualifications


Required

  • 7+ years experience in channel sales, strategic partnerships, business development, or alliances, preferably in SaaS or tech-driven industries
  • Proven track record of building a channel from the ground up and consistently delivering against a $1M+ annual partner-sourced or influenced quota
  • Demonstrated success recruiting, signing, and activating partners that produce repeatable, sourced revenue
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem (payer, provider, and life sciences markets) and how partners operate within it
  • Experience structuring and negotiating reseller, referral, and co-sell agreements
  • Consultative selling skills with experience influencing senior decision-makers at partner organizations (CRO, Chief Partnerships Officer, VP Alliances, CIO, CMIO, CFO)
  • Ability to operate as a true co-seller, comfortable in the room with partner reps and end customers alike
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Ability to travel 25-40% (partner sites, joint customer meetings, industry events)

Preferred

  • Existing relationships with healthcare channel partners (HIT vendors, EHR ecosystems, GPOs, consultancies, life sciences service providers, RCM platforms)
  • Experience with value-based selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDPIC, Challenger, SPIN) 
  • Partner management experience using a CRM system like HubSpot, including PRM workflows
  • Previous professional experience in the SaaS/healthcare domain
  • Strong technical skill sets


Location


xCures operates in a distributed, remote-first environment. Candidates may be located anywhere in the United States. Occasional travel to company offsites or key meetings may be required.


The successful candidate must already have authorization to work in the United States. At this time, xCures does not offer sponsorship.
