01. You are a closer in commercial roofing.

You've sold commercial roof systems. You know how to walk a roof, talk to a property manager, identify damage, and close. You've done it before — and you can prove it.

02. You understand insurance restoration.

You speak the language of adjusters, scopes, and supplements. You don't need it explained. You know how a contingency contract works and why it matters.

03. You are tired of getting screwed on commissions.

Your last company strung you out on payments, hid the math, or paid you months after the work was done. You're done with that. You want clean commissions, paid as the company gets paid.

04. You will live in your truck if that's what it takes.

The Pay-As-We-Get-Paid Promise

Once a check from your client clears our account, your commission piece is cut on the very next pay cycle. No waiting. No delaying. No “we’ll get to it next month.” We like cutting large commission checks — the bigger your check, the better the company is doing.

Year One — W-2

Base + commission + truck + benefits. Build your pipeline. Prove your number. Establish your book of business across your assigned territory.

Optional — Convert to 1099

Once you've proven you can produce, you have the option to flip to 1099 with significantly higher commission rates. More risk, more reward — your call.

Optional — Hybrid

Lower your base in exchange for higher commission rates. Same W-2 structure, restructured comp. Built for reps who want a smaller floor and a much bigger ceiling.
