Job Description
Position Summary
The Technical Program Manager will serve as a cross-functional technical and programmatic leader supporting the development, integration, production transition, and demonstration of advanced maritime and sensor systems across Lyntris’ portfolio.
This role is intentionally broad and execution-focused, combining elements of program management, systems integration, mechanical engineering leadership, production transition, and customer coordination. The ideal candidate possesses deep experience operating across the full lifecycle of defense programs including development, integration and test, production, sustainment, and field demonstration activities.
This individual will operate directly alongside engineering, operations, manufacturing, suppliers, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful execution of complex hardware and integrated system efforts spanning unmanned systems, radar/sensor platforms, autonomy systems, and advanced payload integrations.
The role is expected to bridge technical execution with programmatic oversight while helping scale organizational processes, integration readiness, production maturity, and customer delivery capabilities across multiple simultaneous efforts.

Work Environment
This is a remote position with travel expected to customer locations, manufacturing facilities, integration sites, and test ranges. Work will include a combination of office, laboratory, manufacturing, dockside, and field test environments supporting maritime and defense-related operations.
The role may require participation in field exercises, on-water demonstrations, factory integration efforts, and rapid-response operational activities in support of customer objectives.
Clearance Requirements
Some positions will require access to U.S. National Security information. Positions that require this access will be required to receive and maintain a U.S. government personnel security clearance (PCL). In order to qualify for this position, the candidate must be a US Citizen and either currently possess this National Security eligibility or be able to complete the investigation application process with a favorable determination and maintain that eligibility throughout their employment.
