Lyntris is a defense technology company that connects sensing to action across the connected battlespace. Lyntris brings together the talents of Accelint and Vitesse teams under one mission, with each contributing deep expertise within their domain. Combining differentiated hardware, software and mission expertise, Lyntris helps customers sense threats, make sense of complex conditions and act with greater speed, precision and confidence in contested environments.
Lyntris supports U.S. and allied defense organizations across every branch — including Navy, Army, Air Force, Space Force and allied partners — spanning strategic, operational and tactical missions and every domain: Space, Air, Land, Sea and Cyber. With more than 200 active defense programs, Lyntris works at every level of the mission, from national command authority to the tactical edge.
Solutions are designed by operators who understand the mission, engineered for the conditions that degrade or defeat standard systems, and built on an open, modular architecture that integrates into existing programs without requiring them to start over. Lyntris moves faster than the traditional defense cycle — with integrated design, build and test capabilities in-house — and delivers systems that sustain and endure long after initial fielding.
Position Overview:
- Senior RF (Radio Frequency) Engineer
- Full-Time
- Hybrid / On-Site, based on business and program requirements
- Up to 50% travel
The Senior RF Engineer is a designated subject matter expert for the architecture, analysis, design, integration, verification, and maturation of radio frequency and microwave subsystems supporting advanced radar and sensor products. The role owns RF technical integrity within assigned scope and helps move designs from mission need and early concept through prototype, qualification, repeatable production, field integration, and operational use.
This position requires both deep analytical capability and a hands-on engineering approach. The Senior RF Engineer will work across antennas and apertures, transmit and receive chains, RF front ends, frequency generation and distribution, calibration, digital interfaces, signal processing, mechanical and thermal design, manufacturing, and system integration to deliver reliable performance in contested and operationally demanding environments.
The Senior RF Engineer operates within established program and technical governance. Program Managers retain accountability for program execution, while designated system and technical authorities retain approval responsibilities within their charters. The Senior RF Engineer provides authoritative RF analysis and recommendations within that structure.
