Primary Role

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for full-cycle recruiting, hiring manager partnership, candidate management, interview coordination, agency oversight and select HR generalist responsibilities.


This role is equal parts recruiter, project manager, and trusted advisor; someone who keeps hiring teams organized, candidates informed, and the recruitment process moving forward. You will build strong relationships, create an exceptional candidate experience, and bring structure to hiring initiatives. 


The ideal candidate brings a strong recruiting background within biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences organizations and is comfortable balancing recruiting execution with day-to-day HR support. 


As the quarterback of the hiring process, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers and recruiting agencies to drive searches from kickoff through offer, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.

What you'll do

Talent Acquisition 

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process across a variety of corporate and technical positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and guide the selection process.
  • Coordinate and manage external recruiting agencies, ensuring alignment, communication, and candidate quality.
  • Review resumes, conduct recruiter screens, and manage candidate pipelines.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate interview logistics across multiple stakeholders.
  • Lead interview debrief meetings and facilitate hiring decisions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, providing an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Prepare and extend offers in partnership with HR leadership and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting data and ensure timely updates within the applicant tracking system (Rippling).

HR Partnership

  • Support onboarding and new hire coordination.
  • Assist with general HR projects and employee lifecycle activities as needed.
  • Partner with HR leadership on recruiting processes, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Help maintain compliance with hiring policies and employment regulations

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field 
  • 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting within biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, or broader life sciences organizations.
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong partnership skills with hiring managers and executive leaders.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.

Preferred: 

  • Prior experience in a blended recruiting and HR generalist role.
  • Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities.
