We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented Event Intern to join our Field Marketing team in executing our annual Executive Growth Summit. You'll work cross-functionally across our Finance, HR, and Marketing divisions and gain hands-on experience in event planning, field marketing, and event logistics from the ground up. If you thrive in fast-moving environments and want a front-row seat to how a high-impact executive firm operates, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end planning and execution of the Amplēo Growth Summit, a flagship C-suite event serving 250–350 executive attendees
  • Independently plan and execute smaller, division-level events from concept to completion
  • Manage and maintain company swag inventory and event supply storage to ensure materials are organized and event-ready
  • Lead on-site setup, execution, and breakdown for the Amplēo Growth Summit and other events as needed
  • Coordinate shipping and logistics of banners, signage, and event materials for tradeshows and off-site activations
  • Collect post-event feedback, analyze responses, and compile recap materials to inform future event strategy

  • Exceptional written communication skills
  • Strong organizational instincts and a meticulous attention to detail
  • Comfort managing multiple moving pieces simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides); experience with project management tools a plus
  • A proactive, solutions-first attitude
  • Prior event coordination or marketing experience (academic, volunteer, or professional) is a plus

What You'll Gain

You'll own meaningful workstreams, contribute directly to a flagship event, and walk away with a portfolio of work that demonstrates what you can actually do. You'll also build relationships with senior executives and marketing leaders across Amplēo's network.
