Customer Service Representative - Miami

We are a third-generation, family-owned company, and many of our team members have been with us for over 20 years. We are hiring full-time and part-time agents who listen well, stay calm, and enjoy helping people.

What you’ll do

• Answer and place calls for clients in many industries, following each client’s script
• Take messages, schedule appointments, collect new customer details, and transfer calls
• Support customers through live chat, text, and email
• Keep accurate notes across multiple computer systems

What we’re looking for

• Clear, friendly communication, both spoken and written
• Patience and empathy, even when it gets busy
• Strong attention to detail and solid computer skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office
• Availability for at least one weekend shift required (Saturday or Sunday)

What you’ll get

• $16.00/hr starting pay, with a raise to $16.50/hr at 4 months
