Employer: Independent Food Truck Vendor (Not an Apache Nugget Corporation Position)

An independent food truck vendor operating on-site at Apache Nugget Casino is currently seeking a motivated and reliable Cook to join their team.

Position: Cook
Pay Rate: $14.00/hour + Tips
Schedule: Hours will vary based on availability and business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items in a timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and food prep areas
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Assist with inventory and restocking supplies
• Provide quality food service in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Willingness to work varying shifts based on operational needs
