Position Summary

The Senior MEP Project Manager is responsible for managing all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes across projects, ensuring successful delivery of complex systems within schedule and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage MEP scope from preconstruction through commissioning
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, procurement, and vendor coordination
• Lead constructability reviews and technical planning
• Coordinate MEP trades and align schedules with field teams
• Track MEP budgets, costs, and change orders
• Support commissioning readiness and system turnover
• Collaborate with controls, field, and commercial teams

Qualifications

• 8–15+ years of MEP project management experience
• Strong HVAC and mechanical systems understanding
• Experience with large-scale or mission-critical construction
• Proficiency with construction management tools and reporting
