AtScale

Senior UX Designer

The Mission

AtScale is the semantic layer for modern data and AI. We bridge the gap between complex cloud data platforms—like Snowflake, Databricks, and Google BigQuery—and the business users who need consistent, AI-ready analytics. We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to help us redefine how the world handles business intelligence.

The Impact You’ll Make

In this role, you will:

  • Lead end-to-end UX design processes, including user research, information architecture, wireframing, interactive prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, visual designers) to define design guidelines, UI patterns, and interaction standards.
  • Drive continuous UX improvements by analyzing user feedback, presenting rationale to stakeholders, and mentoring junior design team members.

Why You’ll Love It Here

  • Ownership & Autonomy: You thrive as an individual contributor, owning your outcomes and driving real change.
  • Innovation-First: Work at the intersection of AI and data at a company hitting its next major inflection point.
  • Culture of Trust: Enjoy a flexible, remote-friendly environment built on transparency and professional growth.

Who You Are

  • You have 5+ years of professional UX design experience and a portfolio demonstrating successful end-to-end product design.
  • You have expert-level proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools, specifically Figma.
  • You possess deep knowledge of user-centered design (UCD), accessibility standards, research techniques, and usability testing.
  • You have strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring junior designers and collaborating across teams.
  • You are based in or able to work East Coast (ET) hours.

The Perks

  • Competitive salary + equity.
  • Unlimited PTO and comprehensive benefits.
  • The chance to shape the future of a global leader in AI-ready analytics.
