What you’ll do… 

Serve as an extension of the Owner’s team, helping drive project execution, coordination, and delivery across design and construction stakeholders. 

• Lead coordination of design deliverables and milestones from kickoff through closeout 

• Act as a key liaison between the Owner and Engineers of Record to drive timely and accurate delivery of models, drawings, and record documents 

• Track design schedules and drive accountability across stakeholders 

• Oversee project systems and model/document environments, ensuring teams have access to accurate, up-to-date information to support decision-making 

• Review and QA/QC drawings and documents for compliance with standards 

• Facilitate cross-functional reviews and communication related to design deliverables  

• Maintain accurate project records and oversee final document turnover to operations 

• Support construction-phase execution and change management while identifying and implementing improvements to workflows and standardized processes 

You should have  

• A minimum of 5 years experience in the Design and/or Construction industry as it relates to project or program management 

• Familiarity with full project lifecycle from pre-construction thru closeout 

• Experience in document control with revision control and document repository management 

• Familiarity with QAQC of documents per established standards 

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task 

• Attention to detail 

• Professional written and verbal communication skills 

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications   

• Experience in the Technology industry as it relates to software implementations and administration
• Experience in Autodesk Construction Cloud, G-suite, SharePoint
• Demonstrated capability to lead decisively in challenging and intricate environments
• Proven ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams towards successful delivery, even without formal authority
• Self-motivated, proactive, and proven ability to adapt well and work with various team styles
• Basic knowledge in data center engineering or construction
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to tailor communication to your stakeholders
• Ability to work with a remote and geographically dispersed team (multiple time zones)
