This internship allows a former participant to invest in future students by helping them build confidence, develop community, and begin college with a strong foundation for success while supporting the growth of the Royal Bridge program.
The Royal Bridge Student Success Intern serves as an ambassador for Bethel University's Royal Bridge program by helping strengthen the community of current, future, and former Royal Bridge students. This position is designed for a former Royal Bridge participant who is passionate about helping other students experience a strong transition into college.
The intern will assist with program planning, student engagement, communications, and administrative support throughout the academic year while helping prepare for the next summer's Royal Bridge program.
Start Date: September 21, 2026
175 hours for the 2026-2027 school year (3-7 hours per week, varying based on program needs). Flexible schedule coordinated with academic commitments
