With shops in Cody, Worland and Jackson, we are the leading provider of HVAC maintenance, service, and installation for residential and commercial customers in the Big Horn Basin and we are now expanding to Teton County. We are looking for service technicians with experience working on boilers, residential AC, mini splits, and commercial systems. Truck, tools, uniform, and tablet w/ Service Titan provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on boilers and related equipment (pumps, valves, controls) to ensure reliable and efficient operation.
• Diagnose/troubleshoot component, equipment, and system issues and make necessary repairs.
• Respond to emergency service calls and troubleshoot issues on-site.
• Understand boiler control systems, including boiler plant control, zone controls, and snow melt controls
• Install, test, and commission boilers to ensure proper operation per manufacturer’s specifications and recommendations.
• Assist in bidding and managing comprehensive boiler replacement projects including coordination with plumbers, electricians, and master system integrators.
• Understand code requirements
• Document service activities and complete detailed work orders and reports.
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols, including lockout/tagout, PPE use, ladder safety, fall protection, and safe equipment operation 
• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicle in clean and working order.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, caretakers, contractors, and office staff regarding job status, recommendations, and follow-up needs.
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• 5+ years of boiler service, maintenance, and installation
• Commitment to safe work practices 
• Strong knowledge of heating hot water systems

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Tekmar controls
• Experience with fuel-oil boilers and fuel-oil to natural gas conversions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45 - $55 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
