We are looking for service technicians with experience working on boilers, residential AC, mini splits, and commercial systems. Truck, tools, uniform, and tablet w/ Service Titan provided.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on boilers and related equipment (pumps, valves, controls) to ensure reliable and efficient operation.
  • Diagnose/troubleshoot component, equipment, and system issues and make necessary repairs.
  • Respond to emergency service calls and troubleshoot issues on-site.
  • Understand boiler control systems, including boiler plant control, zone controls, and snow melt controls
  • Install, test, and commission boilers to ensure proper operation per manufacturer’s specifications and recommendations.
  • Assist in bidding and managing comprehensive boiler replacement projects including coordination with plumbers, electricians, and master system integrators.
  • Understand code requirements
  • Document service activities and complete detailed work orders and reports.
  • Follow all safety procedures and protocols, including lockout/tagout, PPE use, ladder safety, fall protection, and safe equipment operation 
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicle in clean and working order.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, caretakers, contractors, and office staff regarding job status, recommendations, and follow-up needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • 5+ years of boiler service, maintenance, and installation
  • Commitment to safe work practices 
  • Strong knowledge of heating hot water systems

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Tekmar controls
  • Experience with fuel-oil boilers and fuel-oil to natural gas conversions


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45 - $55 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
