Our mission is to make content acquisition easy and accessible for our clients in Latin America, providing a diverse and high-quality offering of linear and VOD content that allows our partners to enhance their value proposition to end users. We also operate OTT apps and run marketing initiatives targeting both our B2B clients and end users.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for product launches and growth initiatives.
• Drive growth strategies across the full customer lifecycle, including acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
• Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Manage CRM strategies and customer engagement initiatives through push notifications, email marketing, and automated workflows.
• Set up, monitor, and optimize the complete user funnel, from app install and registration to subscription and retention.
• Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize campaigns and user journeys based on performance data and insights.
• Analyze growth metrics such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and churn to support data-driven decision making.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and analytics teams to improve acquisition and retention strategies.

Requirements (Mandatory)

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• Advanced English level.
• Strong experience in performance marketing and growth strategies.
• Experience with user acquisition campaigns for apps/products.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Strong understanding of growth metrics, including CAC, LTV, and Churn Rate.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
