What You’ll Do Every Day (Responsibilities)

As our Treatment Coordinator, you'll guide patients and families through their orthodontic journey from their very first visit:

  • First Impressions & Consultations: Welcome new patients and families, creating a positive, reassuring, and fun first impression.
  • Treatment Presentation: Coordinate and present doctor-recommended treatment plans clearly and compassionately.
  • Financial & Insurance Guidance: Review financial arrangements, explain flexible payment plans, and walk parents through insurance benefits.
  • Scheduling & Records Management: Answer questions, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate electronic patient records to keep daily workflows running smoothly.
  • Multi-Site Clinic Operations: Travel between our local offices (Reno, Sparks, and Carson City) as needed to support daily consultations.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

  • Experience: No prior dental or orthodontic experience needed! 1–2+ years of customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality experience is preferred, but we are fully prepared to train candidates eager to build a long-term dental career.
  • Communication & Tech Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with comfort discussing financial options and navigating office technology.
  • Core Qualities: Strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, a positive attitude, and a warm, professional demeanor.
  • Travel Flexibility: Reliable personal transportation and willingness to travel between local clinics.
  • Safety & Compliance: This position is safety-sensitive; successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen is required. We strictly follow CDC, OSHA, and ADA safety standards.
