Account Supervisor (Potential Growth)

This role lives at the intersection of sports, gaming, and entertainment—someone who understands the culture, moves fast, and knows how to turn great ideas into great campaigns.

You’ll be the engine that keeps the work moving: partnering with strategy to shape the brief, pushing creative to make it better, and leading clients with confidence. What You’ll Do

  • Turn strategy into clear, inspiring briefs that set creative up to win.
  • Push for work that stands out—and help sell it through with conviction.
  • Be the trusted day-to-day partner for clients, leading meetings, presentations, and conversations that move things forward.
    Keep projects on track, on budget, and on brief—without slowing the momentum.
  • Bring a strong POV on the work, the strategy, and the opportunity ahead.
  • Spot ways to grow the business and make the work better.
  • Lead internal teams with clarity, energy, and solutions.
    Partner across strategy, creative, media, marketing science, and finance to bring fully integrated campaigns to life.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of agency experience managing accounts and integrated campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of creative development and omni-channel production.
  • Real experience in gaming-focused work (and genuine passion for the space).
  • A sharp eye for great creative and strong strategy.
    The ability to present confidently and build trust with clients.
    A proactive, solutions-first mindset—you don’t wait for problems, you solve them.
  • Experience working with tools such as Google Suite, Workamajig, Monday.com, Chat GPT
  • Bay Area based and in our Sausalito office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursdays.
