Join Us at Centricity Research!

Centricity Research is one of the largest clinical research networks in North America. We are a fully centralized Integrated Research Organization (IRO) specializing in conducting Phase I-IV clinical trials in over 35 therapeutic areas: inpatient and outpatient; pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device trials.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People Operations team. In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across a variety of clinical, operational, administrative, and corporate positions while helping shape the future of talent acquisition at Centricity Research.

This is not an entry-level recruiting position. We are seeking someone with proven recruiting experience who can independently manage requisitions, build strong talent pipelines, partner effectively with hiring managers, and contribute to the development of best-in-class hiring processes.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll play a key role in helping Centricity attract exceptional talent, improve hiring outcomes, strengthen our employer brand, and support our continued growth. You'll also have the opportunity to explore and leverage emerging recruiting technologies, including AI-powered tools, to enhance sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and recruiting efficiency.

What you'll do

Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions across clinical, operational, administrative, and corporate functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates using a variety of recruiting methods and tools.
  • Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, offer preparation, and pre-employment activities.
  • Deliver a positive, professional, and responsive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Build and Maintain Talent Pipelines

  • Develop proactive talent pipelines for key, recurring, and hard-to-fill positions across the organization.
  • Create and maintain evergreen candidate pools through sourcing, networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Build relationships with passive candidates and industry professionals to support future hiring needs.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to anticipate workforce needs and support succession planning efforts.

Improve Recruiting Processes and Hiring Outcomes

  • Collaborate with the Director of People Operations to develop and implement best-in-class recruiting practices.
  • Support employer branding initiatives that position Centricity as an employer of choice.
  • Develop interview guides, evaluation tools, and hiring resources to improve hiring consistency and quality.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, candidate quality, and hiring outcomes.
  • Explore and adopt AI-enabled recruiting tools and technologies that enhance sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and operational effectiveness.

Support Talent Acquisition Performance Goals

  • Contribute to recruitment objectives including:
    • Time-to-fill performance aligned with business needs.
    • Strong quality-of-hire outcomes through successful onboarding and retention.
    • Positive candidate and hiring manager experiences.
    • Healthy talent pipelines for critical and high-volume positions.
  • Track and report recruiting activity, hiring trends, and key talent acquisition metrics.

Support People Operations Initiatives

  • Assist with onboarding coordination, employment documentation, HRIS updates, and other People Operations activities during periods of lower recruiting volume.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, talent programs, and special projects as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling employee and candidate information.

You Might Be a Great Fit If You:

  • Have 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (required).
  • Have healthcare, clinical research, life sciences, or other regulated industry recruiting experience (highly preferred).
  • Have experience independently managing multiple requisitions and hiring processes simultaneously.

  • Enjoy finding ways to improve processes and candidate experiences.
