Compensation: Paid training for the first 3 months, followed by commission-only compensation. Earning potential: 150,000–250,000 USD per year.

Cenvar is looking for Sales Representatives who want independence, significant earning potential, and the backing of an established exterior remodeling company. You'll meet with homeowners, evaluate their exterior remodeling needs, present solutions, and guide them through the buying process.

You don't need roofing or construction experience. We can teach you the industry. We're looking for people who can communicate, earn trust, stay organized, follow a proven sales process, and close business.

Our Sales Philosophy

Every appointment is an opportunity to serve the homeowner, diagnose the exterior, and present the right solution.

A roofing appointment may also uncover a gutter, siding, window, or door opportunity. A siding conversation may lead to gutters, windows, or doors. We train our reps to become full exterior consultants, not one-product salespeople.

The goal is simple: inspect the home, educate the homeowner, present the right options, create value, and ask for the sale.

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners through scheduled sales opportunities.
• Inspect the home's exterior, including roofs, gutters, siding, windows, and doors.
• Walk on roofs and enter attics while following required safety procedures.
• Identify homeowner needs and recommend appropriate exterior remodeling solutions.
• Explain Cenvar's products, services, scope of work, pricing, and financing options clearly and confidently.
• Prepare estimates, present solutions, and ask for the sale.
• Manage your sales call schedule, calendar, follow-up, and CRM records with precision and discipline.
• Maximize opportunities during peak seasons and actively work your book of business during slower times.
• Manage your personal performance metrics, including close rate, average job size, and revenue sold.
• Deliver a professional customer experience from the initial appointment through project handoff.
• Coordinate customer handoff with installation and production teams.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training.
• Maintain a professional appearance and keep your company vehicle clean and organized.
• Take ownership of your preparation, appointments, follow-up, customer experience, and results.

What We're Looking For

• Previous sales, customer service, or relationship-building experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage appointments, follow-up, and customer opportunities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and driving record acceptable under company insurance requirements.
• Ability to meet the company's background-check requirements.
• Physical ability and willingness to safely walk on roofs, enter attics, take accurate measurements, and work in and around residential homes.

Roofing or construction experience is helpful, but not required. We are more interested in your ability to connect with people, earn trust, stay organized, learn our process, and close business.
