GTM Engineer

More than 50% of all technology is spent outside of centralized IT organizations.  Individual business units are taking their technology destiny into their own hands, and we enable that.  End user onboarded applications are behind more than one third of all cybersecurity hacks.  We provide the solution to manage that through enabling users to select their own technology and we automatically protect those applications.

About the role

We're scaling fast and the GTM team is scaling with it. What got us here (clever workarounds, manual lifts, tools held together with duct tape) won't get us to the next stage. We need a builder who sees a broken handoff and wants to fix the plumbing, not write a deck about it. 

This is an opportunity to take ownership of the GTM Engineer function at a fast-growing Series B identity security company. You'll sit at the center of Marketing, SDR, Sales, RevOps and CS, leveling up how the entire GTM team operates, executes, and scales. What you'll do

  • Build end-to-end GTM workflows across targeting, enrichment, scoring, routing, sequencing, and reporting 
  • Reduce manual work while improving speed, consistency, and data quality 
  • Implement ICP rules, intent signals, and decision logic that hold up at scale 
  • Connect Hubspot, Salesforce, enrichment tools, outbound platforms, and automation into a single operating system 
  • Ensure GTM execution scales without breaking deliverability or data integrity
  • Build dashboards that surface funnel health, lead quality, and pipeline performance, and identify where leads drop off so you can fix the system, not the symptom 
  • Translate business requirements into technical workflows across Marketing, SDR, Sales, RevOps, and CS
  • Create scripts or automations when off-the-shelf tools fall short, debug broken workflows and integration issues, and maintain clean documentation so systems scale beyond you

Qualifications

  • Experience building or operating revenue systems across the full GTM motion
  • Strong grasp of modern B2B GTM fundamentals including funnels, ICP, signals, routing, and attribution 
  • Hands-on with Hubspot, Salesforce, Gong, Zoominfo, enrichment providers, sequencing tools, and automation platforms 
  • Ability to build and interpret dashboards and metrics that demonstrate impact 
  • Bonus: Python or JavaScript scripting, SQL, familiarity with deliverability hygiene, intent data, scoring models, and automation governance
