About Channel Fusion

Founded more than 20 years ago, Channel Fusion provides brands and their channel partners with an ecosystem of channel marketing technologies, solutions and services. By coupling innovative technologies, industry expertise and a relentless customer-focused support team, we provide a unique combination of platforms, products and people.

Our purpose is simple: inspire our clients to achieve their desired outcomes by transforming channel marketing into impactful business results. We do this by ensuring an understanding of your desired outcomes first and then deploying tailored solutions using a disciplined process to achieve those outcomes.

Once a program is operational, our support team of Fusers becomes an extension of your brand to ensure your channel partners have an optimal customer experience while maximizing their marketing investment in your brand. Our account leadership teams stay involved every step of the way to ensure programs continue to exceed expectations and drive your desired outcomes.

About the Role

Channel Fusion is moving from a services-heavy channel marketing company to a product-led, AI-enabled platform business for Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies. Our enterprise clients use our products to run their partner programs, including partner portals, incentives, rewards, and co-op funds. Their partners and dealers are mostly in the US, and they judge us by how well those tools work day to day.

This is an existing seat on our Chandigarh product team, and the role is changing as we change. Within the agreed product scope, you'll own both what the experience is and how it works. You'll understand the problem, decide what users need to see and do, and define how the experience should behave. Then you'll use AI tools and agents to make those decisions clear and testable in a working prototype, so the team can review something real in days instead of weeks.

You don't need to know how to code. Code changes are made through AI. What we're looking for is your ability to direct AI well, judge what it produces, and catch its mistakes.

What You Own

•     What the experience is and how it works, within the agreed product scope. You frame the user problem, decide what users need to see and do, and define flows, interactions, and behavior. These decisions are yours to make and defend.

•     Working prototypes built with AI. You use AI tools and agents to turn your design decisions into a working prototype, shared through a review URL. Each prototype shows the main user journey with realistic data, plus the relevant loading, empty, error, and success states.

•     Design quality. You own accessibility, fidelity to each client's brand, and consistency with our shared patterns. You check your own work before it goes to review, and you keep approved behavior intact when you make changes.

•     Usability for US partner and dealer audiences. You design for how US partners, channel managers, and program admins work. You validate with real users and back your design decisions with evidence, not opinion.

•     Handoff and QA. Your handoff explains the intended experience, behavior, and design decisions clearly enough for engineering to build from. You stay involved through QA to confirm that what ships matches the agreed design.

Decision rights: Within the agreed product scope, you decide what users see and do and how the experience behaves, including interaction design, visual execution, and how you prototype. Product leadership owns scope and roadmap priorities. Engineering owns technical implementation and production delivery. Changes to shared platform patterns are agreed with product leadership.

What Great Looks Like

•     First 90 days: You've taken over the design work already in flight with no gaps in delivery. You know the current product areas and the open design debt.

•     6 months: You've shipped at least one meaningful feature end to end. Every feature you hand off comes with a review-URL prototype that covers the main journey and its key states, and engineering builds from it without major rework.

•     12 months: You own the design of a product area, and at QA the delivered experience consistently matches the agreed design. You've made measurable usability gains (for example, task completion, partner adoption, or fewer support tickets) and helped make AI-built prototypes standard practice on the team.

What You Do NOT Own

•     Product scope and roadmap priorities. You inform them, but product leadership owns them.

•     Technical implementation and production delivery. Engineering owns these. Your prototypes clarify and test design decisions. They are not production code.

•     Marketing, brand, or campaign creative.

•     Custom, one-off design services for individual clients outside the product roadmap.

Qualifications

Required

•     4+ years designing B2B SaaS products used by external customers

•     Experience designing products for US users

•     AI-native working style: you use AI tools and agents every day to design and to build working prototypes. Coding knowledge is not required. You can direct AI well, judge its output, and catch its mistakes.

•     A portfolio of shipped work. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.

•     Strong written and spoken English for working directly with US-based stakeholders

Preferred

•     Product-led work on partner, dealer, or channel platforms, such as portals, incentives, rewards, or co-op/MDF

•     Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system

•     Experience designing for accessibility (WCAG) and for multiple client brands on one platform

•     Experience running usability research with enterprise or B2B users
