Pharmacist – Long Term Care (LTC) | Wilmington, DE
Chesapeake Regional Rx (CPRX) is a pharmacist-founded, closed-door long-term care pharmacy in Wilmington, DE, serving skilled nursing, assisted living, and residential care facilities across New Castle County, Newark, Wilmington, Dover, and the surrounding region.
Why CPRX
Work-life balance built into the schedule: our pharmacists work an alternating biweekly rotation that includes a 3-day weekend (Friday–Sunday off) every other week. This is also not a retail pharmacy role. There's no walk-in traffic, no insurance counter, and no bag-checking — your day is spent on clinical verification and resident safety, not customer transactions. We operate in a modern, automated dispensing environment designed to reduce manual busywork, as part of a small, close-knit team where your clinical judgment is used daily and your input actually shapes how things run.
Schedule: Alternates every other week — a working week (shorter weekday hours, plus Friday and a Saturday morning shift) paired with a standard 9:30–5:30 week that includes a 3-day weekend off.
