The Product Quality Technician will ensure manufactured and repaired products meet all quality and regulatory requirements by performing inspections and reviewing First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) and supporting documentation.


WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Perform inspections on manufactured, repair station, and operator articles, including receiving, in-process, first article, and final inspections.
  • Complete, review, and approve First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs).
  • Identify, document, and communicate non-conformances and deviations.
  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with company procedures and FAA regulations.
  • Perform FAA safety-sensitive inspection functions as required.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Uphold and model the company’s core values in daily work.
  • Support additional quality-related activities as needed.


WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical education or training preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with AS9100/AS9110 Quality Management Systems or ASQ Certified Quality Inspector certification with relevant experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, drawings, and specifications.
  • Proficiency with precision measuring instruments and inspection tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information across teams and levels.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with team members, stakeholders, and customers.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and schedules.
