About the role

Cosmetic Physician Partners (CPP) operates 90+ medspa and plastic surgery locations across North America and Europe. Our next Director of Talent Search and Innovation is looking to build the recruiting motions that will drive our next phase of

growth: physician search, experienced nurse injectors who bring an established clientele, and AI enabled recruiting.

The Director, Talent Search & Innovation will build these motions from the ground up.

What you will do

• Physician search: design and run a repeatable search process for plastic surgeons, dermatologists and aesthetic physicians, from sourcing and outreach to offer and onboarding.
• Experienced nurse injectors: build a pipeline of senior injectors with an established book of clients, including the value proposition, approach and transition support that wins them.
• AI and tooling: identify, pilot and implement AI solutions across sourcing, screening and candidate engagement, and measure their impact.
• Team leadership (during mat leave coverage): lead the existing TA team, keep nurse and support staff hiring on track across the network, and maintain service levels to clinics.
• Partnership: work with clinic leaders, regional teams and the central team on workforce planning and hiring priorities.

What success looks like in year one

• A documented physician search process in place, with first physician hires closed
• A working pipeline of experienced injectors, with placements made
• At least one AI solution live in the recruiting process, with measurable time or cost savings
• The core TA team performing to plan throughout the leave

Who we are looking for

• Senior talent acquisition or search experience, ideally in healthcare, aesthetics or another multi-site business
• A track record of hard to fill, high value hires such as physicians, specialists or executives
• A builder: comfortable creating processes, tools and teams where none exist
• Curious about AI and practical about putting it to work
• Experience leading a recruiting team
• Bilingual English and French is an asset
