What You'll Do

• Deliver an exceptional patient experience by warmly welcoming patients, answering calls, managing check-in and check-out, and ensuring every interaction feels personal, polished, and professional.
• Coordinate scheduling and patient flow by managing appointments, monitoring online bookings, confirming provider availability, and ensuring treatment schedules remain accurate and organized.
• Support patient relationships and membership programs by confidently explaining services and membership benefits, assisting with enrollments and renewals, scheduling follow-ups, and encouraging long-term patient engagement.
• Manage front desk operations by processing payments, maintaining accurate patient records and consent forms, updating information in Mindbody and electronic medical record systems, and supporting daily administrative needs.
• Collaborate across locations by working closely with providers and teammates, maintaining consistent front desk coverage, and assisting at other Sharper locations when needed.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, reception, retail, or sales, with familiarity in membership programs and building long-term client relationships.
• A bubbly, outgoing, and polished personality with excellent communication skills and a natural ability to make patients feel welcome.
• A proactive, dependable team player who takes initiative, anticipates needs, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and computer skills, with the ability to manage busy schedules and quickly learn new technology.
• A genuine interest in skincare, wellness, and medical aesthetics, with enthusiasm for learning about treatments and services.
• Flexibility to work between our Avon and Nora locations, provide additional coverage as needed, and work alternating Saturdays.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time, on-site position with a rotating two-week schedule. Mondays are off, and Saturdays are required every other week.

Week 1 – Saturday On

• Monday: Off
• Tuesday: 9:30 AM–2:00 PM (Avon)
• Wednesday: 8:30 AM–7:00 PM (Nora)
• Thursday: 9:00 AM–7:00 PM (Avon)
• Friday: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (Avon)
• Saturday: 8:30 AM–2:00 PM (Avon)

Week 2 – Saturday Off

• Monday: Off
• Tuesday: 7:30 AM–5:00 PM (Avon)
• Wednesday: 8:30 AM–7:00 PM (Nora)
• Thursday: 9:00 AM–7:00 PM (Avon)
• Friday: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (Avon)
• Saturday: Off

Flexibility to provide coverage at additional locations may be required based on staffing needs.
