Crafty’s mission is to help companies craft better workplaces by providing the services and technology to deliver a modern, comprehensive food & beverage program for their employees, no matter where they work.  After operating with a vertically integrated supply chain (i.e., directly fulfilling orders from Crafty-operated distribution centers) in Chicago and the Bay Area, our team launched a third party fulfillment model that has rapidly scaled our coverage into over 25 markets globally, in just a year’s time.

Crafty’s Food & Beverage Associates are the face of our in-office Concierge pantry program. They are the human element and the friendly face that leads client-site execution on a daily basis; supporting the site’s product merchandising, inventory management & order replacement, in addition to equipment management.

This is a high-energy role for people who derive joy from a meticulously organized shelf and positive energy from being around people. Crafty is looking for an Associate whose responsibilities will include:

• Merchandising: Take pride in your spaces by owning client’s office kitchens & pantries and highly organized storage rooms, complete expiration checks and product rotations as needed
• Customer Service: With support from your manager, engage with our clients and other Crafty team members onsite, delivering the highest quality service
• Maintenance + Inventory: Perform routine maintenance on machines (such as coffee & kegerators), quality control checks, and completion of task lists (inventory, budget)
• Communication: Communicate and escalate any location needs or safety concerns your manager, and accurately complete pre/post route paperwork

This role is a full-time, hourly role within Crafty. This role supports one of our South Bay clients Monday through Friday starting at 6 AM by meeting the skill based qualifications below:

Role Goals

• Goal #1 — Shift Execution: The Food & Beverage Associate I will complete daily task lists with an average of 95% successful shift completion week over week, as measured via Tableau on a monthly basis, to support Crafty's 2026 client Dollar Retention goal of 96%.
• Goal #2 — Quality Control: The Food & Beverage Associate I will maintain an average of 95% or greater on all quality control checks, completed at a frequency determined by segment and location health, to support Crafty's 2026 client Dollar Retention goal of 96%.
• Goal #3 — Client Satisfaction: The Food & Beverage Associate I will support all client requests on a weekly basis in collaboration with their manager and the site point of contact, ensuring timely resolution and a high-quality on-site experience, to support Crafty's 2026 client Dollar Retention goal of 96%.

Our compensation amount for this role is targeted at $24-26 per hour in California. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including cost of living based on location, candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
