Purpose

 The Retail Visual Merchandiser is responsible for executing in-store visual merchandising standards at the Culture Kings Las Vegas store, ensuring product presentation reflects brand guidelines and supports sales.

 Key Strategic Objectives

• Execute visual merchandising layouts and guidelines in line with brand and campaign directives.
• Maintain consistent, on-brand product presentation across the shop floor, windows, and key fixtures.
• Partner with the Store Manager on floor sets for new drops, launches, and promotions.
• Monitor and refresh displays regularly to reflect stock levels and sell-through.
• Provide feedback to HQ Brand/VM teams on what's working (and not) at store level.

 Key Performance Indicators

• Compliance with VM build guidelines and campaign rollout timelines.
• Store presentation audit/compliance scores.
• Timeliness of floor-set changeovers for new launches/promotions.

 Skills and Experience 

• Prior visual merchandising experience in a fashion or streetwear retail environment.
• Strong eye for styling, layout, and brand-consistent presentation.
• Ability to work efficiently, often before/after trading hours for floor-set changes.
• Good communication skills to liaise with store and HQ teams.
