Job Description

We are seeking a strategic, customer-focused, and data-driven Product Manager to join our Product team. This role is responsible for contributing to product strategy, driving cross-functional execution, and delivering high-impact SaaS solutions that create value for dealerships, consumers, and internal stakeholders.


The ideal candidate has experience working in Agile software environments, strong product discovery and analytical skills, and the ability to balance customer needs, technical feasibility, and business priorities. This role is well suited for a Product Manager with 3–5 years of experience who is passionate about building modern digital experiences and collaborating across Engineering, UX, Marketing, Support, and Operations teams.


What You’ll Do:

Product Strategy & Roadmap Ownership

  • Contribute to and manage product strategy, priorities, and roadmap initiatives aligned with customer needs and company objectives.
  • Evaluate market opportunities, customer pain points, competitive trends, and business goals to inform product decisions.
  • Partner with leadership and stakeholders to balance strategic priorities, technical feasibility, and customer value.
  • Define success metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for products and features.


Customer Discovery & Product Research

  • Lead customer discovery efforts including interviews, workflow analysis, usability testing, and feedback synthesis.
  • Develop a deep understanding of dealership operations, digital retail workflows, and consumer shopping experiences.
  • Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable product recommendations and roadmap opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve user experience, conversion, retention, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.


Requirements & Product Delivery

  • Create clear and detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering and UX teams throughout the development lifecycle to ensure successful delivery.
  • Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, prioritization discussions, and release readiness activities.
  • Triage and prioritize product feedback, enhancement requests, and defects based on customer and business impact.
  • Partner with Support and Operations teams to identify recurring product issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support feature launches through validation, communication, and post-release analysis.


Analytics & Experimentation

  • Monitor feature adoption, engagement, retention, and product performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Partner with Product and Analytics teams to evaluate product performance using dashboards, reporting tools, and customer data.
  • Use dashboards, customer insights, and market data to inform roadmap and prioritization decisions.


Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Operations teams to align priorities and deliver successful outcomes.
  • Communicate roadmap direction, release plans, and product updates clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support go-to-market readiness activities including product enablement, release documentation, and internal training.
  • Influence decision-making and drive alignment across stakeholders with competing priorities.


AI-Assisted Product Development

  • Leverage AI-assisted tools and emerging technologies to improve product research, documentation, prototyping, workflow analysis, and delivery efficiency.
  • Build prototypes, workflows, and concept validations using modern AI-enabled product and design tools.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Business, Technology, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in SaaS Product Management or related software product roles.
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum software development teams.
  • Strong understanding of product discovery, roadmap management, prioritization, and software delivery processes.
  • Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and product requirements.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to make informed decisions using customer feedback, product analytics, and business priorities.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency with modern product management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Aha!, Miro, or similar platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in automotive retail technology, dealership software, digital retailing, CRM platforms, or automotive marketing solutions.
  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, website analytics, lead generation, conversion optimization, or digital marketing ecosystems.
  • Experience using analytics platforms such as GA4 and Pendo.
  • Experience leveraging AI-assisted tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Lovable, v0, Figma AI, or similar technologies.
  • Experience building prototypes, wireframes, or workflows using Figma, Balsamiq, Miro, or AI-enabled prototyping tools.
  • Formal product management training or certifications such as Pragmatic, Product School, CSPO, or similar programs.
  • Experience working in high-growth or fast-paced SaaS environments.

This position is open to US residents only.


The targeted salary range for this position is $69,800 - $102,600.


The posted salary range for this position may be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; internal pay equity; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
