  • Maintain a vigilant focus on member safety within all clinical interactions, ensuring ethical standards and crisis protocols are strictly followed.
  • Actively contribute to the evolution of our care standards, ensuring that every intervention meets the highest benchmarks of clinical excellence.

  • Multiple provincial licensing is considered a significant asset
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in clinical mental health
  • Strong proficiency in conducting psychosocial assessments and a deep understanding of mental health disorders and their systemic impacts.
  • Demonstrated affinity for short-term therapy; specific experience in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) is considered a significant asset.
  • Previous experience with, or a high degree of comfort in, delivering high-quality care via telemedicine platforms.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 8 hours (up to 32 hours) per week, including a flexible rotation of days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Ease with modern computer tools and a desire to work within an innovative, fast-paced health-tech environment.
  • A motivated self-starter who values autonomy, clinical excellence, and the opportunity to shape the future of accessible mental health care.
