About Enlighten

At Enlighten, we believe AI should expand what people can take on. We build teams of AI agents alongside Fortune 500 companies so they can put their best thinking to work across the business. We want the people closest to the work to be able to ask hard questions and get answers they can trust. Our mission is to give every team the intelligence it needs to make decisions that shape the business.

About the role

You’ll help customers put Enlighten to work after the sale and see whether it’s making the difference they expected. You’ll own the ongoing relationship, from onboarding through adoption and renewal preparation.

What you'll do

  • Lead onboarding and regular customer conversations. Agree on goals, milestones, owners, and next steps.
  • Learn how each customer’s teams work, what decisions they’re trying to improve, and which data or workflow issues are getting in their way.
  • Review usage and customer feedback to show what teams have adopted, what outcomes the evidence supports, and where they need help.
  • Run multiple AI agents in parallel every day to prepare account briefs, summarize feedback, and draft follow-ups. Check the work before sharing it with customers.
  • Build small tools with agents to organize customer context, track follow-ups, and prepare account health reviews.
  • Coordinate product, delivery, solutions, and commercial teams around open questions and risks. Start expansion or renewal planning early with evidence and clear next decisions.
  • Share recurring customer feedback with the teams that can improve the product, enablement, or delivery.

What you bring

  • Experience in customer success, account management, consulting, implementation, or another role supporting customers after a sale or project start.
  • A calm, direct communication style that can build trust while addressing ambiguity, risk, or unmet expectations early.
  • Strong organization and follow-through across multiple customer relationships and internal contributors.
  • Practical AI fluency. You can run multiple agents for research, drafting, checking, and coordination, then validate the output and own the customer conversation.
  • Comfort building small custom apps or workflows with agent assistance to improve preparation, tracking, and customer context.
  • The initiative to spot a missing decision, unclear owner, or emerging risk and move it toward resolution without waiting for detailed direction.
  • Good judgment about customer confidentiality, product limits, and the difference between a goal, an activity, and a verified outcome.
  • Experience with enterprise analytics, data, measurement, or AI-enabled products; coordinating renewals with account executives or commercial leaders; and creating customer-health or outcome-review workflows.
  • You work independently. You can take an unclear goal, decide what to do first, find what you need, and carry the work through to a result. You bring people in early when a decision, risk, or dependency needs their input.

How we work

AI agents are core to how we get work done. You'll spend a substantial part of your day running multiple agents in parallel, building tools and workflows with them, and checking what they produce. You own the result. Verify the facts, calculations, code, and claims before they go into a decision, a customer conversation, or a release.

When working with clients, take initiative within the agreed goals, scope, access permissions, and review process. Bring options and recommendations, and involve the right people before changing a customer commitment or production workflow.

What success looks like

  • Customers have clear goals, active owners, and a reliable rhythm for addressing questions and decisions.
  • Adoption and outcome conversations are evidence-based, candid, and useful to the customer.
  • Renewal conversations start early, with clear context and known risks already surfaced.
  • AI-assisted customer work improves responsiveness while trust, validation, and accountability remain human-led.
