Enzo Health

Marketing Intern

Enzo Health builds software for home health: the nurses and therapists who care for patients in their own homes. A big share of their day goes to paperwork instead of patients. Enzo uses AI to take that work off their plate, so they can get back to caring for people. We are a funded startup in Lehi, Utah, and we launched our biggest product yet in June 2026.

About the role

Enzo shows up at more than a dozen industry conferences a year, from small state shows to large national conferences, where prospective customers go to find new tools. These events tend to be a sea of sameness, with nearly every company showing up in the same boring way. We don’t want to be another folding table with a banner behind it. We want to be the booth people walk across the hall to see.

This role does both halves of that. You’ll help dream up and design the booth, then make it real: the floor plan, the materials, the crew, the setup. And you’ll keep every show on track, so the booth arrives on time. You’ll work with our events lead and the marketing team, and you’ll have real say in how Enzo shows up.

What you'll do

Design and build

  • Come up with booth concepts that make people stop, and turn the best one into a design.
  • Draw the floor plan: where people stand, sit, talk, and take a demo.
  • Source the materials, props, furniture, lighting, and swag, and find the best price for each.
  • Find and book the people on the ground in each city: builders, rental companies, local vendors, and anyone else we need on site.
  • Put the booth together, or line up the people who can, and travel to the show to make sure it looks right.

Coordinate and execute logistics

  • Track deadlines for the show, from registration to shipping, and flag anything at risk before it slips.
  • Read the event guides and order forms each show sends us, pull out the deadlines, and put them on the calendar.
  • Own our booth materials inventory: what we have, where it is, what shape it is in, and what ships to which show.

Qualifications

  • Current student, ideally in experience design and management, design, marketing, communications, or business.
  • A real eye for design and love for a theme. You can picture a space, sketch it, and explain how it all comes together.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and hands-on. You’d rather build something scrappy than outsource it to an overpriced vendor.
  • Organized. You can keep a checklist, and you notice when something is missing.
  • Clear, quick communicator who is comfortable calling people and making things happen without being micromanaged.

Nice to have

  • You have designed or built a space before: a party, set, stage, display, event, wedding.
  • You can use software like Canva or Figma.
  • Experience working with vendors, rentals, or a budget.
  • You already use AI tools to get more done.

Why This Role Matters

A conference is one of the few places our future customers meet us in person. A booth that looks like everyone else’s gets walked past. This role makes Enzo the booth people remember, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks getting there.
