About the Role:

We are hiring an AI Automation Engineer, a key member of our Business Intelligence team in France. Leveraging your expertise as a Data Engineer, your primary goal is to design and deploy practical AI systems and robust workflow automations that materially improve how our team operates. You will operate at the intersection of Finance and Engineering, owning outcomes and acting as the catalyst for our AI transformation.

What You'll Do:

• Data Engineering and Architecture

-Support the design and maintenance of scalable data architectures.

-Write clean, efficient code (Python/SQL) for data transformation, preparation, and insight extraction, leveraging AI coding assistants to accelerate development cycles.

-Manage cloud infrastructure, including setting up projects and accounts, implementing storage and data solutions, and managing access rules.

• AI and Workflow Automation

-Design, deploy, and maintain Agentic AI workflows to automate core, repetitive financial processes (e.g., reconciliation, reporting).

-Utilize workflow automation tools like n8n to connect the FinTech stack, eliminating manual data silos and ensuring seamless data flow.

-Collaborate with BI Director and Data scientists to design and implement new AI Agents, exploring and applying machine learning techniques, including Large Language Models (LLMs).

• Data Quality and Project

-Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting tools.

-Own the end-to-end lifecycle of automation projects, including scoping work, prioritizing tasks, and delivering measurable outcomes.

-Drive internal upskilling by sharing best practices and helping teammates adopt and integrate AI tools into their workflows.

Who You Are:

• Experience: 2–3 years in Data, Fintech, or Technical Analytics roles.
• AI & Automation: Hands-on experience with LLMs and Agentic AI frameworks. Curiosity about AI reliability and evaluation.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python or SQL. Comfortable working with APIs and automation tools. Familiarity with AI coding assistants (e.g.Cursor, GitHub Copilot) is a strong plus.
• FinTech Knowledge: A solid grasp of financial concepts (e.g., P&L, transaction flows, reporting).
