We're seeking an experienced Director of Clinical Operations to lead our provider organization across multiple markets throughout the Midwest.

This highly visible leadership role is responsible for advancing clinical excellence, developing exceptional providers, leading clinical education and training, and partnering with operational leaders to create consistent, world class guest experiences across every clinic.

Your Opportunity

As the Director of Clinical Operations, you'll serve as the clinical leader for Face Forward's provider teams.

You'll work in close partnership with Market Managers to create an environment where exceptional clinical care and exceptional business performance reinforce one another.

You'll lead provider development, clinical education, onboarding, consultation excellence, and treatment consistency while building a culture of continuous learning and accountability.

This role offers the opportunity to influence clinical strategy, mentor future clinical leaders, introduce best practices, and elevate the capabilities of providers across every market.

What You'll Lead

As the clinical leader across your assigned markets, you will:

  • Develop, coach, and inspire high performing Nurse Practitioner Leads and provider teams.
  • Lead Face Forward's clinical education strategy, design and delivery for Nurse Practitioners and other licensed providers
  • Elevate consultation, treatment planning, and clinical decision making to improve guest outcomes and consultation conversion.
  • Drive provider productivity, documentation excellence, and consistent clinical execution across multiple markets.
  • Establish and reinforce clinical standards, protocols, and best practices that ensure safe, compliant, and exceptional care.
  • Partner with Market Managers to align clinical excellence with operational performance, provider productivity, and business results.
  • Use clinical and business data to identify opportunities, coach providers, and continuously improve performance.
  • Lead onboarding, mentoring, and professional development to build a strong pipeline of future clinical leaders.
  • Support the successful launch of new services, products, providers, and clinics.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and clinical excellence.

Who You Are

We're looking for a clinical leader who combines exceptional patient care with business acumen, coaching expertise, and a passion for developing people.

You'll be successful in this role if you have:

  • An active Nurse Practitioner license in good standing with the ability to support multiple markets.
  • Three or more years of progressive leadership experience, including multi-site clinical oversight, with medical aesthetics experience strongly preferred.
  • A proven track record of developing high-performing provider teams through coaching, mentorship, and accountability.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and delivering clinical education, provider onboarding, competency programs, or continuing education initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success improving consultation quality, treatment planning, provider productivity, and guest retention.
  • Experience partnering with operational leaders to achieve both clinical excellence and business performance.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to use clinical and operational data to drive measurable results.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship building skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
  • A passion for advancing the practice of aesthetic medicine while creating exceptional experiences for guests and providers alike.
  • Ability to travel approximately 40 to 50 percent throughout Face Forward's Midwest markets to coach providers, lead training, and support clinic performance.
  • Willingness to reside within the Midwest to enable regular partnership with providers and operational leaders across assigned markets. Relocation assistance is available for an exceptional candidate.

Compensation Transparency
Face Forward Aesthetics provides a compensation range for each posted position in compliance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws.
