Sales Analyst

Why FMH
Every day, someone receives a life-changing diagnosis. Getting the right medication should be straightforward - but too often it isn’t.

Specialty medications move through a complex network of providers, health plans, pharmacies, and manufacturers. Administrative delays, disconnected systems, and limited visibility can slow treatment when time matters most.

Free Market Health exists to make that process work better.

Our technology connects stakeholders across the specialty pharmacy ecosystem, helping prescriptions reach the right pharmacy while improving visibility, reducing friction, and keeping treatment moving forward for the patients who depend on them. We focus on the most important stakeholder of all: the patient.

Your impact

Free Market Health is seeking a Sales Analyst to deliver high-value analysis and reporting that supports sales opportunities, pipeline decisions, and growth strategy. In this role, you will work with complex healthcare and commercial data to create clear, actionable insights for Sales leadership and other internal stakeholders.

As an embedded analytics partner to the Sales organization, you will support opportunity analysis, market sizing, pipeline reporting, prospect evaluation, client growth insights, and sales data management. You will also help administer and enhance CRM reporting while partnering with Enterprise Analytics, Pricing, and Data Management to promote accurate, consistent, and reliable sales analytics.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform sales opportunity analyses using claims, utilization, pricing, pharmacy network, formulary, market, and other healthcare data.
  • Develop market-sizing, target-market, territory, and opportunity analyses that help Sales leadership prioritize prospects and growth opportunities.
  • Create and maintain pipeline, prospect, client expansion, and sales performance reporting.
  • Translate complex data into clear, decision-ready insights and recommendations.
  • Support the administration and continued improvement of HubSpot, including CRM data quality, dashboards, reporting, views, and user needs.
  • Partner with Enterprise Analytics to align sales metrics, data sources, reporting standards, data validation, and Tableau development.
  • Collaborate with Pricing to incorporate appropriate rate, network, formulary, and financial assumptions into sales opportunity analyses.
  • Work with Data and Enterprise Analytics to define reporting requirements, resolve data issues, and improve the reliability of sales data.
  • Prepare analyses and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, clearly communicating methodologies, assumptions, findings, risks, and recommended next steps.
  • Analyze client and market trends to identify potential expansion opportunities and support account growth discussions.
  • Document recurring analyses, metric definitions, reporting processes, and quality-control procedures to improve consistency and scalability.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in analytics, data science, business, or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience in sales analytics, sales operations, business analytics, or a related analyst role.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful business insights.
  • Proficiency in SQL, including the ability to write clear and efficient queries.
  • Experience developing or maintaining Tableau dashboards or comparable data visualization and reporting solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and a results-oriented approach to managing priorities and deadlines.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present analytical findings to different audiences.
  • Experience partnering with internal or external stakeholders to deliver analytical solutions.
  • A curious, proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • The ability to adapt to changing priorities and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience within healthcare, pharmacy benefit management, specialty pharmacy, or pharmacy networks.
  • Experience analyzing healthcare datasets such as claims, utilization, eligibility, pricing, pharmacy networks, or formularies.
  • Experience with HubSpot or another CRM, including reporting, dashboard development, data quality management, and user-facing views.
