FreeFrom is looking for an Evaluation and Impact Specialist to support our rapidly growing portfolio of evaluation and impact projects by implementing data-driven systems that measure, communicate, and demonstrate our impact. This position combines data analysis and research with collaborative engagement across internal teams and external partners. This role will support the design and implementation of monitoring, evaluation, and learning frameworks that help FreeFrom measure, understand, and communicate our impact while centering survivor voices and experiences in all assessment processes.
This role involves supporting the development of data collection tools, analyzing outcomes, and transforming data into actionable insights that inform program design and organizational strategy. You will support the Evaluation and Impact Manager with tracking metrics, evaluating effectiveness, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring that outcomes align with FreeFrom’s mission and theory of change. You will also support the creation of outputs such as impact reports, policy briefs, and toolkits, and engage with partners, funders, and stakeholders to share findings in accessible/person-centered ways and drive collective accountability.
To be successful in this position, candidates should have experience in quantitative and qualitative data analysis, program evaluation, theories of change, and impact measurement. You must be skilled at translating data and research findings into accessible insights and thrive at collaborative, values-driven partnership across teams. We seek a thoughtful, analytical, and equity-focused individual who can contribute to the design of thoughtful evaluation processes, communicate insights effectively across different audiences, and champion data-informed decision-making that amplifies the impact of FreeFrom’s work.

WORKING CONDITIONS
This is a remote role with a flexible schedule designed to support diverse working styles and life circumstances. Remote work environments vary, and occasional distractions are normal. The expectation is to manage time effectively in ways that honor both personal needs and shared responsibilities, meet agreed-upon deadlines, maintain open communication, and collaborate with care and clarity.
We have a four-day work week, and occasional hours beyond a typical workday or workweek may be needed depending on organizational priorities. As much as possible, advance notice of these needs will be communicated early and often. Some travel may be requested for team retreats or in-person gatherings, with consideration for individual needs and preferences.
This role is primarily computer-based and involves extended periods of working on a computer, including using a keyboard and mouse and viewing a screen.
