Frontier Psychiatry is building a modern, technology-enabled platform to deliver high-quality mental health care to underserved communities.


As we scale, our systems must work seamlessly across clinical, operational, and patient-facing workflows. This role exists to support and build the integrations, automation, and data flows that keep those systems connected and running efficiently.


The Systems Integration Analyst is a hands-on technical role focused on building, maintaining, and improving integrations between systems, reducing manual work, and ensuring reliable data flow across the organization.

This role is also designed as a growth pathway into more advanced engineering or Solutions Engineering work over time.


What You’ll Do

Systems & Integration Development

  • Build and maintain API integrations across EHR, scheduling, telephony, and third-party platforms
  • Work with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON to support reliable data exchange
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure systems are functioning accurately and efficiently

Automation & Workflow Optimization

  • Implement automation to reduce manual processes across teams
  • Support internal tools and workflows used by Clinical, Operations, and Business Development teams
  • Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency and scalability

Cloud & Technical Support

  • Support services within cloud environments (Google Cloud Platform preferred)
  • Assist with system performance, monitoring, and reliability
  • Contribute to scalable solutions with guidance from senior technical partners or vendors

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with IT, Operations, Clinical, and Marketing teams to understand needs and deliver solutions
  • Translate business requirements into technical tasks and implementations
  • Support system implementations, migrations, and go-live processes

Required & Preferred Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in systems integration, software, or technical operations roles
  • Experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON
  • Familiarity with a programming language such as Python or JavaScript
  • Basic experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
  • Understanding of data flow and system integrations
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience working with healthcare systems or EHR platforms
  • Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Keragon, or similar)
  • Exposure to HIPAA considerations in technical environments
  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments
  • Interest in growing into a Solutions Engineer or platform-focused role

Annual Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00
